📋 Terms & Conditions
1. Event Overview
Retro Con is organized and managed by Fanarchy Media LLC ("Organizer"). By submitting an application to participate in Retro Con, all applicants ("Participants") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Application and Acceptance
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- The Organizer reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.
- Confirmation of acceptance will be sent via email once payment (if applicable) has been received.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made in full by the due date specified in your invoice or application approval notice.
- Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot.
4. Refund Policy

| 3 to 6 months before the event | 50% refund |

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer via email.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, Participants may receive a full or partial refund at the Organizer's discretion.
5. Event Conduct
- Participants must comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and local laws.
- Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
- The Organizer reserves the right to adjust event hours, layout, or programming as necessary.
6. Liability
- The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
- Participants are responsible for securing their own property and insurance coverage.
- The Organizer is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to acts of nature, government actions, or other causes beyond its control.
7. Marketing and Media
By participating, Participants grant the Organizer permission to use their name, likeness, booth, and products in event marketing materials, photography, and social media.
8. Code of Conduct
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward attendees, staff, or other vendors will not be tolerated.
- Violation of this policy may result in removal and future participation bans.
9. Agreement
By submitting this application, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
